The 3 Steps of the InstaCalm® Stress Management Program

It only takes 30 minutes to learn the InstaCalm Relaxation Technique. The subject then listens to the InstaCalm Response.This is a hypnotic recording that conditions the mind to become very calm by just taking a deep breath.  The recording is listened to every morning for one week.

SESSION 3  Learn How to Trigger Calm-Confidence Wherever You Go!

An NLP technique, called ANCHORING, is used to associate feelings of self-confidence with a slight squeeze of the hand. This is combined with the “deep breath”.  So, all you have to do is take a deep breath and as you exhale, squeeze your hand.

This will accomplish the following:

  • Bring on an instant feeling of calmness and confidence
  • “Short-Circuit” the Flight or Fight Response

During the week following Session 3, the client is encouraged to listen to a hypnotic recording, “Becoming Self-Confident”.
